OUR STORY
Hi, I'm Harry.
I'm the founder of Workout, a fitness and lifestyle clothing brand built around a simple idea: Workout is about more than just lifting weights.
Where it all started
I've always had a passion for fitness. As a competitive swimmer, sport has been a huge part of my life, and I've always enjoyed following fitness influencers and seeing how people have built brands around something they're passionate about.
Back in 2022, while I was a student, I started noticing I was wearing activewear almost everywhere because of how comfortable it was and how easily it fit into my lifestyle. But I wanted clothing that looked just as good outside the gym. I wanted that balance between the comfort of activewear and the style of everyday streetwear.
I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I started thinking about creating it myself. I wanted to build something around two things I genuinely enjoyed: fitness and clothing. But I also wanted Workout to have a meaning behind it, something people could connect with beyond what they wear.
And that's where Workout began.
